Passenger Care! What a Joke! What about if you're in a wheelchair, the story is very different - I recently flew a number of flights across Europe with Swiss. I was applauded to find that, as a wheelchair bound passenger it was expected that I would be carried down the aisle to my seat. To preserve my dignity I refused to be carried by airline personnel. The isle of your Airbus fleet is extremely narrow and I would suggest this is the reason why an aisle-chair transfer is not available. This is the 21st century, paying passengers expect dignity and respect. This is one issue where people MUST be put before profits.
