Your feedback and our Cabin Crew
Dear reader, passengers and fans
First of all I want to thank you for your input and ideas about our blog!
Most of you suggested that you want us to have our cabin crew staff and/or pilots talk about their job. We have now decided to do so.
Nicole, a future flight attendant, will share her experiences during her Cabin Crew Training. She will start attending classes next week and will tell you once or twice a week about the challenges she faces, and her impressions and feelings as she progresses through her training.
Please welcome Nicole as our temporary columnist. Her first article will be published on Thursday or Friday.
Best regards
Christian

Hello, I am a frequent Swiss flyer..and as great as the service is and taken the high standards that swiss stands for...it is not at all understandable to me that the food is soo bad?!!!!...the bread of the sandwiches tastes dry and without flavor..the sausage has a taste like a "schuhsole"...the cheese is the color as i know a cheese...but nothing else...PLEASE...don't torture your guest!!!...i would rather pay for food that has quality than having to eat the existing sandwiches!...the only thing that is saving me with each flight is the good chocolate ! :)...austrian airlines uses e.g. DO&CO CATERING...this is not expensive...but you treat your customers well. Thank you for taking this feedback seriously into consideration. I have watched other guests during my frequent flys and have received the same statements. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteTo those people complaining about the food on Swiss, try to fly with TAM UA etc.. and you will love the Swiss service and food. P.S. Hopefully Swiss will switch very soon from TAM to AVIANCA Brasil as Star Alliance partner, and about Austrian airlines, how long they will remaining flying?
I had a flight from Manchester airport to Zurich on 23-12-12 but borading and the flight were delayed for half an hour which caused a caused a huge disruption as I have another flight to Stuttgart. I was only one minute away from missing my next flight to Germany because my transit time was 40 minutes which is quite enough if things went properly and smoothly without such inconvenience
ReplyDeleteEvry time I flight from Genèva to Barcelona, Ifind the crew very polit and sympatic.
