Our blog topic San Francisco topic is now finished. Some of you might be relieved ;-). We learned a great deal with this introductory topic, for example that the texts were too long.

  1. While it's good for some that you opened again in San Francisco, it's not the world shaking event Swiss made it to be. It was oversold and full of factually useless information.
    Painting the plane in psychedelic colours is a nice touch, but after seeing it twice, once in Zurich and once in SFO, one has seen it.
    I hope Swiss will be more succint with new destinations in the future.
    It would also be nice to get a response on not so positive points raised by business class passengers. After all they are Swiss' high revenue passengers.

  4. I'm a flying blue member with AirFrance. I tried to contact Swissair in Brazil and Portugal, to be a new customer, but nobody answered the phone during several days when I was in Brazil. I was contacted much after by email saying the problem on the lines were solved. Also the phone numbers announced to call in Brazil, Portugal never worked, maybe they updated the site because I also received an email regarding this problem. Well I am back home in the Netherlands and I was in Portugal but I traveled with TAP. They were faster in answering a customer.

I had a flight from Manchester airport to Zurich on 23-12-12 but borading and the flight were delayed for half an hour which caused a caused a huge disruption as I have another flight to Stuttgart. I was only one minute away from missing my next flight to Germany because my transit time was 40 minutes which is quite enough if things went properly and smoothly without such inconvenience
